I have been unable to receive feedback from Bayport Cellular in terms of banking details or a debit order authorization form. I AM TRYING TO SETTLE MY ACCOUNT WITH YOU! All I have heard over the past few months is that my request is being escalated to the correct person but after that it's a dead end.

Do you people not want your money???
