On the 24 December 2013 I went to Fourways Mall in Gauteng and had to do some last minute Christmas shopping. At a clothing store I purchased goods for the amount of R449 I received an sms that the money was deducted from my account but the paypoint machine said it was declined, the gentleman could supply me with proof.- I then proceeded to Game in Fouways Mall, where I tried to pay again an amount R1374, but the transaction was declined. Knowing that I had the funds required in my account, the manager then insisted that I leave the store empty handed
I have contacted Standard Bank since Monday 30 December 2013 and if it is not consultants giving me the wrong information it is team leaders making empty promises, not even updating me with a phone call, sms, or email
It has been 3 weeks now and I want my money back, sick and tiered of empty promises. Standard bank is making my life extremely difficult as I need that money and I don't have another 12 days to wait
This is not the first time Standard bank messed up!!!
