JUST SPOKEN TO ABOUT 12 CALL CENTRE AGENTS!

I NEED TO CHANGE OUR HOME LOAN BANKING DETAILS. THE DEBIT ORDER IS INCORRECTLY LOADED ON MY ACCOUNT AND MUST BE ON MY HUSBAND'S ACCOUNT.

NONE OF THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS IS WILLING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS REQUEST!!!
