Debit order banking details change

Last week i phoned the standard bank call centre to request a change of my banking details on the revolving credit loan account i have with them as i have moved from Nedbank to FNB, i was told i hav to visit the Standard Bank branch, FNB actually tried to do the debit order switching for me but they send me a message that standard bank declined the request, saying a client has to make the request

On 23/09/2013 around 12h00 i went to the Saulsville Standard Bank to do the switching, Mpho Makgobatlou put me on the phone with the call centre, unfortnuately i did not take the call centre people's names as i did not think i was going to get no service and i will have to give out the people's name, i got connected the first time and the lady said i must hold on she will put me through, i waited until i was cut off, i told Mpho and she connected me again and pressed all the relevant options that she gave me, i went through to someone who again had to put me through and again i had to hold then some lady took my call, asked me all sorts of question and there after the line went silent for long until i dropped, Mpho said she can't help me as i was suppose to take the peoples names
