Hi

My Name is Sojah Semetjane, i took a cellphone insurance with MiWay in June 2012 and have been with them since and last month i lost my phone and gave them a call to make a claim and during the process i was informed that i didnt pay my November 2013 premium so they can' t proceed and i should contact my bank.

I contacted my bank and my bank confirmed that no debit order was stopped and they was enough money in my back account, and they even sent the person who is handling my claim an email as a confirmation, She confirmed that the problem is on their side as the bank didn't load the debit. Till today haven't got any respond or a follow up from them, every time i call to follow up myself i get a new person telling me that the person responsible for my claim is on the other line and they is nothing they can do but for me to wait for her call, which i called in four times already still no help and December premium was deducted but my claim still not being finalised, this is the worst insurance company, wouldn't't advise anyone to take.
