I requested a call back from Miway which eventually happened 2 days later than the original request date, I lost my wedding ring in Warmbaths while camping. Trying to submit a claim to no success as you have consultants who think they are the clients and instead of making things easier she seems to be frustrating the out of a client more than listen to what the client has to say. Also accusing me of swearing at her which I wud like u to listen to as I did not swear at her. Beside that. I need to register a claim for!! my ring. I pay installments on my insurance incase something like this happens but it seems my money is just going wasted!! Pathetic has seen its best through Miway
