Put in a claim for my car door on 28 june 2013. took car to panelbeater. car stood there for 4 weeks, everytime i queried they told me no stock in S.A. I then complained to dealer because of poor service and to find out when they are expecting stock. dealer checked and told me that there is currently 35 doors available in the country for my car. they in return contacted panelbeater to try and understand where the miscommunication came in about my door only to find out that FIRST FOR WOMEN is the problem. FIRST FOR WOMEN instructed panelbeater to purchase the door from MANDARIN which is a company in Pretoria that sells pirate parts!! How can you do that? thats!!! that is why my car had to stand there for over 4 weeks, i had to go fetch it to go on leave (with it looking like that still) and that is why till this day my car has still not been repaired!!!
