A Extended Maintenance Plan was taken out with buying a used car. Services has been declined without any kind of explanation. Maintenance Plan confirmed telephonically by a Consultant on 22 October 2013, as the Service done in June has not been paid for as yet and I am being held liable for the payment. The last service on the vehicle which was the 80 000km was declined without explanation. I have been inconvenienced for a day not being able to use my car to get to my office and had to use a friends car, for nothing. The overall service from the Service Desk is pathetic, system has been offline all day without any alternative arrangements to give PO's or go aheads for services.
