I purchased a service plan with Liquid Capital on October this year and paid the required premiums for the service plan to be activated. I then contacted them as i was over the allowed leeway however they are not willing assist me with the 60 000 km service which they rated for. so basically i need to pay for the 60 000 km service myself and to them which i am not getting from them. the reason as to why i went over the allowed leeway is because i only got paid on the 16/12/2013 to pay the installment to activate the service plan. Also i loaded a query with Lerato and Vanessa regarding the leeway and they advised me that they will escalate the matter to their line manager, i was trying to make arrangements to book the vehicle in for a service however the servicing dealers were fully booked also adding the to the mileage to go over the leeway, they are not willing to assist me with the 60 000 km service so therefor are forced to cancel both the service plans that i have with them. What a nice why to end begin the Holidays.
