Crickey - I'm highly disappointed!
I bought a new car in December - decided January to take out either a service or maintenance plan!! saw liquid capital and decided to give it a try! MY GOODNESS!!! What a challenge this has been!
I have requested on numerous occasions for TWO quotes to see what the monthly cost difference is for a 120 000km 5 yr plan to no avail as I always get one quote but not the second!!!
Decided to email rather - give all details list car now at 5700km and the agent puts on the quote 57 000km... I clearly indicated on the email to the said agent two quote on both maintenance and service plan - can't get that right! I've tried 6 times since 5 January I cannot try again - clearly you don't need the business and if you do how will the actual service be once I have a plan!!
BEST OF ALL THEY LIST A GTI DSG (automatic) as a manual!!!
Just wish some competent individual can honor my request!
