After several attempts to resolve my issue regarding my bond with Alberton and Germiston branches i got hold of a toll free number from the website and there i was send from pillar to post until i meat Mrs Majafe she talked to me in my home language after recognising my surname. She took her time to understand my problem and then promised me she was going to escalate it to the relevant department since she does not deal with the nature of my problem and will give me feedback. But on the second week i panicked and called the toll free again only to find Mr Mario who also became help full even though he could not get me to talk to Mrs Majafe since he did not know her but luckily the same day i got a response from Mrs Majafe and she continued updating me as to where the issue was. She did that until the problem was resolved which made me believe these 2 employees did that only because of their listening skills which a lot of people do not have they are wonderfully people to work with i must say.
