I contacted Mr prepaid on saterday, with the first called hanged up on me by a consultant who was very rude. I called again and the technician tried to resolve the issue telephonically which took about 45 minutes of my airtime. After failing to resolve telephonically the technician then promised that he will escalate the problem to which i should receive a call in time. i did get the call from someone who promised to send a technician on Monday (today) to bring a new meter and exchange my old one. I left my key with a neighbour who at 09:06 sent me a call back. When i called a man from prepaid responded and he said he wanted me to EXPLAIN WHAT HE MUST DO AND WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY UNIT. Mr prepaid must note very well that there is no free call in thie world, hence they do not have a toll free for their problematic meters. How can i be expected to repeat issues on the phone that charges me lots of money because they are JUST TOOO LAZY TO DO THEIR PART. I wonder what they benefit from cell companies but whatever your agreement, i cannot foot the bill. i reported the problem, if you want me to do it again, please CALL ME.I have used it three month only already have PROBLEMS!
