I have been trying to resolve the ongoing issue with my debit card. I am not able to use it when its a Nedbank speedpoint or point of sale. Once i have entered my pin the message comes back declined. I tried to speak to several Standard Bank departments from my updates, card division, technical, mastercard, merchant, general and customer service. I am been sent from pillar to post and the message is the same you in the wrong department, or we can't help you with this issue or we can't explain this, this issue has not been reported before by other clients. So how am i going to find a solution to my problem if nobody knows which department should deal with this issue. I was transferred several times and given numbers to phone. I was even given the old number. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I am not getting any help.
