Poor service

The service at the fnb sunnyside branch couldn't be slower, I am standing in a que rightnow just for a stamp as my statements are emailed to me. There's only one person working at the enquiries counter and the line is ridiculous. Someone could atleast make a plan for us who are here for quick things like a stamp.
