On the 2nd of January 2014 I went to Absa Loans Centre in Kempton Park to cancel a Credit Protection Plan (that I had been made to believe I had to take up in order to qualify for a Personal Loan). The name of the person that helped me is Lindiwe, and she said she would be giving me feedback the following day on whether my request had been granted. To this day (Tuesday 7 January) she still has not come back to me.

I would also like to add that she was very unprofessional in the way she did things, and it took her close to 3-hours to get the right forms and to subsequently process my request. In the meantime I was sitting there for a frustrating 3-hours while she was fumbling and also asking me which part of the form needed to be signed because she did not understand the forms.

At the end I had to force her to make a commitment to get back to me with feedback, after she had complained that she has "too much work" so she would not have time to get back to me.
