BRILLIANT TELEPHONIC BANKING SERVICE

Thank you FNB!!! While out of town i was unable to access my bank accounts via electronic banking. Having never used telephone banking etc before i assumed i would have to go into my bank etc to first apply or register, etc...

My situation was critical and i had only a few hours to complete a transaction and took a chance of calling FNB's help line - My problem was taken care of while i was walking a distance of 50 metres in the middle of nowhere - without any frustrating hold melodies or being forwarded from person to person!!!

Thank you FNB for always giving me exactly what i have needed! although a lower interest rate would also be great!! :)
