It must be indicated that after I was promised by African Bank through their respond that my credit record matter will be attended to. In fact it was indicated on the 24th of December 2013 that it has been updated with MyTransunion credit bureau; I would like to clarify that until today it has never been updated. The official was just responding for the sake of giving a respond.
I still wonder when they will attend to this matter. The case ref: 13/081540
