Monday 28/01/2013 I went to the branch in Pinetown to inquire about a document stamp. They said that they do not do it them selves, but have someone in Durban that does it for them. Eventually on Thursday morning we agreed to the design and layout. I asked if they would be able to let me have the pad and stamp by Friday 01/02/2013. I was told that it would not be a problem and so I went to pick up the goods on Friday afternoon at approximately 2-45 pm. When they brought the items to the front, it was discovered that the ink pad was not with the stamp. A call to the person that made the stamp was made and I was told that they had forgotten to send it with. They gave the phone to me and the person asked for my address, as they were going to deliver it to my house later that same day. I gave them my cell number in case the driver got lost. The result is now the reason for this complaint. I have received neither a phone call with an apology and neither has the stamp pad been delivered! This in my book is and at worst, for they accepted payment for goods and did not deliver on said goods. I needed the pad before the weekend as i had documents that were to be stamped.
