Please help me as this is going on and on

I requested a consent of recession letter which I final received after weeks. There is no stamp from FNB on it and the magistrate needs a stamp from the respondent urgently, as he will kick this out.

I sent your guys email to ed assist and called for two days. You cannot go through the line and the mail box is full,
