Terrible Service

I went into the new and revamped Nedbank in Marshall town to get a bank stamp to confirm my banking details, highly impressed by the new look and feel of the branch "BUT" the staff on the other hand are completely incompetent. It took 5minutes to figure out what ticket to issue me and who was going to assist me. I have on previous occasions gone to my Sunninghill branch to get a stamp without any issues its always straight forward process.

It's nice to have a high tech branch but it defeats its purpose if the staff members don't know squat about service. In total I spent 35minutes at Nedbank to get a stamp highly UNACCEPTABLE and I will not be visiting that branch ever again no matter what.
