Poor customer service

Went to the post office on 27 August 2013 with a slip to collect a registered letter. Was sent back because the slip did not have the company's stamp. Went back again on 28 August 2013 with a stamped slip. Still was not assisted because the stamped had only the company's abbreviations. All the evidence was there proving that the letter was rightfully ours. The street address as well as the postal address. The issue was the stamp. Tried to explain but Dipuo would not hear it. She finally ignored me while standing in front of the counter. Asked for the supervisor, she refused to call the supervisor and continued ignoring me. While i was there on the 27th of August 2013 was standing in the que for more than 30 minutes. They have about 8 counters but only 2 were operating. Their service is generally poor.
