On Thursday 02 2014, last week I tried to Deposit money at the ATM in PTA west. I did that and soon as the money was taken by the machine it displayed a error message and then It printed a slip with some information. I called the numbers provided and was informed to take the slip to my branch which was in Sunnyside. The lady at the information desk was helpful and she tried to call some people to sort it out, she said the division that is responsible with the ATM was not picking up the phone. she called the next day and said that they where not picking the phone again. on Saturday same story.
Exactly how does the ATM division work to such a point they do not pick up the phones and weather its inconveniencing people or not. I didn't expect this at all and with the January diseases biting I cant really afford this
