Saturday night I couldnt find any ABSA atm and was desperate for cash as i needed to put petrol in the car as i was travelling alone at night. I stopped at a SASOL garage in Phelindaba road cnr of Lanseria road and used a STD bank atm, cash didnt come out ang got an error message ans a slip. I got a notification on my phone that money was withdrawn. I called STD bank on Monday morning and was told to contact my bank. I did and they told me that they are logging a fault and i would receive an sms which didnt happen, i called again this morning and spoke to a very helpful lady named TUMI. I told her that i work in a call center and dont have time to go to the branch as we have a NO WORK, NO PAY policy. its just R350 so i cant excatly take time off work for that. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!
