Mr Mulqueeny was extremely helpful and professional from the very start right up until the end, he explained the process before he assessed it then gave a well detailed report to a member of the general public who wouldnt know mechanical jargon, he explained all the damages well, gave great advice on how to go about having the car fixed from the assesment stage onwards and all round his customer handling skills were truly exceptional so early in the morning making the troubles of having a damaged car less of a headache and inconvenience. Jeanne was kind enough to assist, she gave us directions and remembered my aunt when she came in.
