BAD SERVICE

I contacted the customer care division on 12 November 2013 & informed them that my payment details do not reflect correctly with the credit bureau's. I asked them to update this on numerous occasions. E-mails keep on saying your request has been escalated, but nothing happens. I have asked to speak to the Customer Services Manager & again, nothing. I am just not getting anywhere.
