I am an existing FNB customer and a temporary resident on a work permit and I applied for a credit card on the 21st November at Canal Walk Cape Town with the consultant Monique Scholtz. I did not receive an sms not even a thank you email to say we are busy processing your application!!! Normally credit vetting at any store for an account takes at most 3 days sometimes even shorter! Why have I still not heard anything regarding approval or declining??? Come on now FNB, I chose your bank because of you were marketed as the best in the business and I am honestly beginning to doubt that.
Just trying to make this application was a headache on its own as I can only go during my lunch time at work, and when I go to the branch, only 2 consultants to assist a multitude of people who like me, can only go during their lunch time!! That type of service is atrocious.
Now FNB please tell me the status of my application?
