I have not been assisted, no contact from FNB

I have been going out of my mind trying to get service from FNB to resolve my issues for months now. It is the same thing over and over and over. It has been an endless supply of incompetence, no communication and all sorts of problems. I still have not heard back from department about my money that was last year. I still have not been contacted by Start Device to PICK UP A FAULTY smart device and still not been contacted and when they do contact me it is a different person each time. I have to explain the situation from the beginning reciting the stories in my sleep now... I insist on speaking to Afrikaans agents... yet they keep on assigning English Speaking Agents... I have not been able to get any INTELLIGENT assistance nor able to resolve any issues. I keep calling FNB I have spent over R300 in airtime the last two months calling FNB... I have spend hundreds of hours frustrated and irate!
I have threatened FNB I have asked and begged and nothing happens...
