BAYPORT - A company who receives 331 negative comments on Hellopeter during a 12 month period! Directors must be super proud of the service provided by their employees...?
How long does it take for "automatic" switch from contract to pay-as-you-go after contract expiration?
Immediately? One week? One month? Try three months, seven days and counting...
In the meantime I am without BBM, Whatsapp and Internet functions, while Lindiwe, Malerato or Muleleke can do nothing but "sincerely apologise for the backlog" and will "let me know as soon as they know, when the switch will be done". Are pathetic, atrocious, ridiculous, laughable the appropriate words to describe this complete non-existence of service and don't give a attitude? Why would they care, the contract has expired, therefore they no longer receive payment, so why should they do anything further, even though the switch was part of the contract agreement?
Seriously, why is it ALWAYS necessary to revert to drastic measures such as this, before a service which has been paid for, HOPEFULLY receives the necessary attention?
