Can you hire competent staff?

Hello.

I get a call once a month from the same lady asking for a Mr. Maloleka or something of the like.
I AM NOT MR. MALOLEKA as I have told the lady nicely for the first 10 calls.
Now I am starting to answer with -OFF as I cannot handle it anymore. She said she had sorted it out on the system -!
I told her I was not amused for the December call [without any swearing] and she put the phone down on me. Then, I'm assuming as she ALWAYS phones me; that she asked a colleague - Emmanuel I think - to take over today. He informs me that you cannot delete my number off Mr. Maloleka's profile - I DON'T CARE! IF YOUR SOFTWARE DOESN'T WORK, TURF IT OR GET THE PROGRAMMERS TO MAKE IT WORK! 'YOU CAN'T DELETE IT' IS NO EXCUSE TO HARASS ME MONTHLY!
I have had 2 calls after Emmanuel today, so I can only assume the lady has nothing better to do than to make 'hoax' phone calls to me to pass the time?

I will repeat this mail to Hello Peter, your mail contacts and Facebook if you are listed until someone REMOVES MY NUMBER FROM YOUR SYSTEM!
