I had an existing touch-up and personal accident plan since 2007 which had only car covered. In Nov-13 one of their stupid consultants decided to add another car into this policy (s/he didn't contact me for consent), and clearly that is in my books. Now I call them to cancel the policy and claim my refund, they tell me it takes ling - mustn't I be suing them already for this? and another irritating factor is that every time you call they want to update some stupid details. I called 2 twice in a row in one day and kept on updating my details, what the!! unfortunately I still have the main policy with them, but i'm shopping around for a more competent professional company - i'm so disappointed in these freaks with their useless consultants
