Bank and bad service

I Ms Frans went to Nedbank to querie about unknown withdrawalls that has been happenig on my account, when i ask for assistant they posponed me to come after a week since 31 December, that i should come on the 06 January 2014.When i got there i was still not helped. Please help me look into this matter because i cant do it alone.
