Dear discovery.
I was contacted by a consultant offering me the health protector plan. He said my first debit order will go through in December 2013 but only to realize a debit order of R295 went through on the 15th of november 2013. On December 15th another one went through of R330 something. I sent an email to the individual that sent me the documents for the agreement but they are not responding. I want to cancel the plan all together and want my money back because you breached the agreement we had.
Can you address this matter for me urgently.
