Even though my contract with Direct Axis stipulates that the amount due should come off my account on the 1st of every month, they have a payment "push" system which takes the funds out of the account as soon as my salary reflects in my bank account, which I have not challenged.
This month because of changing bank accounts, the funds reflected later in the account, and Direct Axis immediately took their payment.
This morning I am contacted by the call centre who would like me to verify my details before they could continue. As I knew they were following up on payment which has come off my account but would not have been receipted on there side I wanted to know what the conversation was about before I went any further. The refused and got all snotty with me. Firstly shouldn't they wait until the 1st to contact me regarding a payment as this is the date stated on my contract and secondly if I am not contacting them why do I need to verify my details, they are contacting me on my mobile number.
Since Direct Axis is a division of FNB, I can see why they have a huge campaign going on to get everyone's business, the service is shocking.
