Finally had no choice but to report FNB to the NCR

Going on for months now, I have patiently waited for the details of am interest charge I attracted on my credit card. FNB have been inefficient, and frustrating. I am now furious. They consistently delay and waste time, and I can only assume they are hoping I will forget about it. Since FNB refuses to divulge it's details, I have reported the FNB Credit Card Division to the NCR as the only logical conclusion is that illegal activity has occurred on my account. I want to know how that charge was calculated!! If it is not my legal right, please refer me to the correct passage in the act or t&c, otherwise please tell me when I can expect the details.
