FNB Unable to produce Debit Interest Calculation

FNB have been evasive, unhelpful and quite frankly appalling in their ability to produce a simple calculation of the debit interest I attracted on my Credit Card. Going for 4 weeks now of barely acceptable correspondence, I am having to take additional steps.

I wanted them to produce the calculation so that I could follow it on a monthly basis and calculate it for myself and manage it, however FNB have claimed "THEY ARE UNABLE TO PRODUCE THE CALCULATION AS IT IS DONE BY THE SYSTEM".

Do you honestly expect me to believe that at a BANK there is nobody that can produce a simple linear interest calculation?? What I do believe is that the answer I was given is lazy and unprofessional.

I feel that it is my legal right to see exactly how I attracted the charge, and right now its actually quite shady the way FNB is refusing to produce it. Has something unlawful happened on my account from FNB? How do I know the calculation is correct? I want the breakdown of how I am charged, and no more bull from customer service consultants about what they can and can't explain.
