Today, 2 July 2013 at approximately 12:30, I and my fiance went to the Oudtshoorn branch in order to confirm the change of our address. The nr that was given to us by the gentleman (Deon) was nr 135 and we were asked whether we had any document pertaining to said address. I replied yes, on court documents and on an affidavit. He the rudely responded that they don't accept affidavits. My question is, how many times must one go to the bank to change an address from the previous to the new address? My fiance had gone more than once and still no joy.
