SHOCKING SERVICE (or lack therof)

I put in a claim (after a week of trying to get hold of ABSA telephonically with no joy) via email. After my fifth resend (and I did receive delivered and read reports) I finally got an sms confirming the claim was logged. Since then (beginning of December) I have not heard a word from ABSA, spent nearly 1 hour on the phone to their call centre only to have a recorded message claiming high call volumes, sent numerous more emails. I have been without a stove for a month now and am getting it repaired by a private contractor. The bill will be sent to ABSA. My pool is totally green and I have spent over R 700 on chemicals so far. This is unacceptable.
