Today, the 17 february, at 9-ooam, i went to capitec in centurion to coolect a confirmation leeter that i requested nearly 2 weeks ago. i went in, took my ticket, was the secound number. then there were 2 consultants available. as people came in, they were being served ahead of me. i stood up, and went to the enwuires and complainded. i asked for the branch manager, and she was stanting there. i aksed here what kind of service is this. she was so unhelpfull, didn;t even care or even apologised for this delay. i then went out without being help. i came in and asked the same branch manager for capitecs customer complaints number. she was so unhelpfull, didn't give me the number. she told me to go fetch a broucher and look for it there.
what kind of manager is this? we pay alot bank fees, surely we deserve some more respect and better service at least. i then had to spend nearly R40-00 in airtime to call capitecs customer service, and i lodged a complaint, my airtime was cut short, but capitec didn't even calll me back. i need that confirmation letter urgently for monday morning. how the am i get it, as i will never ever set foot in that branch again?? capitec bank is useless
