I called last year in November 2013 to complain that i swiped my debit card at Spar store and the payment went of twice, I contacted the customer care, who stated that the money will be refunded in 10 working days and that this happens from time to time due to network problems, its the 24th January 2014 and i was still not refunded. I received a reference number 55971557, i am since afraid to swipe my debit card when purchasing as Standard bank don't follow up on their service, i am thinking of switching my bank to another.
