My car was involved in an accident and subsequently written off. On 19 December 2013, the insurance company sent a request to the bank for original documents so that the claim could be settled.
Despite follow ups from the insurance company, Nedbank have not bothered themselves to send the documents. I am now in a position where I can not look for a new car because the claim hasnt been settled. There has been no credible explanation for the delay. Its pathetic! When I called this morning, I was informed that they had only made the request from their archives on 3 January..which is today!!!
Despite all the slogans, its clear that customer service is just not a priority!!
