Ned-bank home loan has been so unkind the past three years to my mom after my dad's passing, the most annoying & irritating thing is they sent messages yet they don't have answers to them, i'm seriously annoyed because my mom is old & she doesn't understand banking policies & procedures & she is sent to & fro for an account she doesn't know of, yesterday we spoke to a rude lady by the name of Queen & she said she will call back with relevant information & ever since she hasn't called in, we don't even live in a bond house & this account suddenly came in effect after 3yrs of my dad passing, Im extremely annoyed & would like Nedbank to stop sending messages to my mum & creating debts for people who are illiterate.
