About 6 months agou (July 2013) I made a online pearchase with my FNB visa card.
The transaction was duplicated by the supplier and I asked FNB to reverse the released funds.
There were 2 transactions, approximitely R800 each. They have released one of the 2 transactions. Since then I have been on the phone with them and everytime they either give me the same or 1 different release of funds form to complete.
This is really terrible service and seeing as I am not getting any assistance this is the only resort I see.
