A consultant called me within half an hour after logging my complaint on Hello Peter considering that I was battling for 2 days repeatedly calling from my cell. Perhaps they should consider moving their claims consultants offices to Hello Peter. Anyway, my claim was logged (512680) and I was told that I can contact her any time on her direct number but I may not be able to get hold of her but I can send am email and she will respond. Further, it will take 48 hours till we will know what is happening with my vehicle. I also made it clear to her that the vehicle is to be repaired in Benoni (I recommended Danmar as they are very professional and approved by Mazda considering that my vehicle is still under warranty. 48 hours has already elapsed and again a few cellphone calls later, I then spoke to her colleague who told me that the vehicle is repairable and will be moved to a repair centre in Alberton... What happened to my request to have the motor vehicle repaired in Benoni??? Considering that this was recorded (as per Arddin), I can only deduct collusion between the assessor and the repair centre. Well, Miway is living up to their name Miway as in "their way" only!!
