So from totally happy with your services to totally FUMING. I send off documents which I was told to send, costs me over R20.00. Call in to get my OWN money paid to me, told I need to send another letter, which i do, another R20.00. Now I call to find out the status and im helped by a cheeky Themba. I ended the call. Then im told the delay is that i havent sent the share certificates. This i was never told to do, MORE delays. Now i must pay R289 per certificate? I want my dividends paid to me what is owed!!! With interest as its been growing in your account. How many more stall tactics are going to be used??? Nothing resolved today because everyone has gone home. I AM VERY ANNOYED NOW
