A couple of months ago I lodged a complaint against Computershare as I had been trying for months on end to obtain duplicate share certificates in order to finilise an estate. I was then contacted by Sue Crowder from Computershare. What a nice lady! Sue then also put me in contact with Robin who went out of his way to explain to me regarding dividends paid out. Robin also contacted the mining house who had to give permission for the issueing of a duplicate certificate. I now have all the duplicate share certificates and we can finilise this estate. Please convey my sincere appreciation to both Sue and Robin.
