I have changed banks and as a result, my dividends could not be paid, I have since sent the new details and was also told I needed to call and check when the update is done so that I can request for the payment to me made, well, I have just been told that I cant do the request by phone and I must 1) take some time off and go to the post office, 2) send another registered mail to them with the request (also the address was not changed as it was not certified, what a joke) then 3) call after a few days to check if the letter was received and only then can they pay the money, well, I am not going to do that again, too much admin so the money can stay there, less worried.
