Dividends issue

I call the center on the 31st of dec 2013 to confirm if they have received the request document for me to receive my dividends. I was given a confirmation that the documents were received and a pay out will be made in 10 day after ten days I called to find out y the payment was not made. I was then told I didn't have shares. I was then send between administration and the dividends call centers with no clear explanations as to whats going on.

I also want to dematerialize and no one can give me a clear explanation on how is the process. I even called the complaints department where my query was to be attended and I would receive a call or a feed back, even today no one called.

I have lost hope on your call center staff and I honestly doubt there capability to service us.
