Feedback is pathetic

Well where to start, getting confirmation out of essential med was my fist issue. At fist it took them almost 2 weeks to say they have received my documents so that I can join essential med. then I asked them how the procedure works in getting my GP to join their network. So I gave them details as needed. then they came back after a while saying that there are to may GP's in my area. which I do not agree to as there is not so many GP's at all in my area.
so again I requested them to contact my doctor to see if he would be interested in joining the network. I have requested this 3 weeks ago and still no response. I have asked them to give me details on how it works if I need to go and have my eyes tested still no response.
I have been with essential med now for 3 Months and nothing from their side is convincing me I have made the right choice to join them. their way in responding to e-mails and phone calls shows me I have made the worst mistake ever.
I need essential med to get back to today on my matter as this is pathetic that no one can even bother giving me a call or getting back to me on my request.
