Ad attitude from call center agent

I called the division on 27 dec 2013 as was suspected on my acc ref #3558838, I was then told that my limits were taken away and should be reinstated as i have confirmed to have done the transactions on that day. I was highly disappointed when i couldn't withdraw funds on the 31st of dec with a limit of 00.00as my withdrawal limits were never reinstated as advised by the call center agent whom i spoke to initially on the 27th of dec 2013. I went to the branch on the same day and was told to call head office on 011 641 6114, 30 mins later after several attempts to get my call answered, I spoke to Katlego from the division call centre who happened to be a very rude consultant she disrespected me and hung up on me when I asked for her surname, she was very sarcastic and not empathetic. Her QA was terrible. I didn't have golden moment created by the consultant who spoke to me on 31st of December 2013. if she continues to speak to clients like that standard bank will lose many clients including me.
