This morning I phoned in to Standard Banks call centre, spoke to Paseka. I normally phone in once a month to query transactions, but this time I was astonished. They are normally so friendly, efficient and professional. Paseka was rude, he had everything in question, from my husbands name, to my surname to the branch where this account is held, even told me that this account cannot be held at Klipfontein, but that it is in Witbank - Whereas Klipfontein is a division in Witbank. This is not nice, I have been a client for a couple of years, and if this is Standard Banks personnel dealing with me as a client I will switch banks instantly.
